The Challenge
Sari’s a talented photographer who needed to reposition herself as a boutique photography brand and triple her session rates. To get there, she needed a new website that reflected her quality, social proof that backed it up, a Facebook presence, a streamlined booking system, and expanded school portrait offerings with the marketing to match.
What I Did
I built her digital presence from the ground up — new website, Facebook page, and booking system that made scheduling sessions effortless for clients. I managed her client email correspondence and created marketing flyers and email campaigns to pitch her services directly to schools.
To grow revenue, I expanded and repositioned her school portrait packages, adding specialty items and new session options. The real unlock was renaming and reframing the packages around emotional milestones — grandparents, graduation cards, the fleeting nature of these moments. The language guided families toward decisions that felt right rather than just cheap.
I built a PhotoDay SMS and remarketing email flow to re-engage parents who opened but never ordered, and expanded Sari into a completely new market by managing her booth at the San Francisco Writers Conference.
