The Challenge
Ivan had strong craftsmanship and a loyal local following — but inconsistent leads, no digital presence, and no foothold in the high-value HOA and luxury homeowner market he wanted to reach. His goal was simple: make the phone ring. Mine was bigger: position Ivan's Painting as the premium provider for affluent homeowners and large-scale HOA contracts across Palm Springs and surrounding communities.
What I Did
I started with market repositioning — shifting messaging away from "affordable painting" toward premium finishes, reliability, and HOA-level excellence. I identified three target audiences: luxury homeowners, property managers, and high-end real estate agents, and built campaigns tailored to each.
On the digital side I launched Google Ads targeting high-intent searches, built conversion-optimized landing pages, and implemented an SEO strategy including monthly blog posts, backlink building, and optimized service pages for both painting and pool resurfacing.
What made this one different was the field work. I went on-site to document project transformations — behind-the-scenes footage, HOA repaints, short-form video, and educational content that built trust in a market where reputation is everything. I also built a referral and review system, encouraging homeowner tagging and reposting authentic testimonials to amplify organic visibility.
