The Challenge

Ted had something most brands spend years trying to build — a genuinely devoted fitness community in Palm Springs. But his business lived almost entirely in person and on his personal Facebook page. With retirement on the horizon, he needed a path toward online revenue and a digital presence that could outlast any single location or season.

What I Did

I built Ted's full digital ecosystem — YouTube channel, Business Facebook page, Instagram, and TikTok — and developed a content system to keep it all running consistently. Including Ted’s previous G-force community facebook group with 1k followers and consistent engagement of 30+ comments/post as well as a consistent personal training and free morning park workout with steady attendance of 100 people.

On YouTube I launched a weekly publishing rhythm: one long-form video and three Shorts per week. I handled script development, SEO optimization, professional branding, and intro/outro production — collaborating with a videographer and web developer to bring it all together.

For monetization I recommended and mapped out a YouTube and Patreon strategy designed to convert Ted's loyal in-person community into long-term online subscribers — giving him a scalable revenue stream as he planned for retirement.

I also pursued strategic media placements that earned Ted multiple NBC Palm Springs features, cementing his authority as the go-to fitness instructor in the Coachella Valley.
