The Challenge

When John relocated his remodeling business from Maui to Palm Springs, he was starting over. Strong craftsmanship, zero local brand equity. No SEO footprint, no local portfolio, and messaging built for the wrong market. He needed a full relaunch tailored to Palm Springs luxury homeowners.

What I Did

I developed a localized market entry strategy built around three priorities: visibility, credibility, and conversion.

I refined the brand messaging to speak directly to Palm Springs homeowners and their aesthetic — desert luxury, mid-century modern, high-touch service. I updated website copy to reflect local services and design trends, optimized for Palm Springs-based remodeling keywords, and implemented local SEO best practices to build discoverability from scratch.

To establish immediate credibility I showcased three new local projects with high-quality photography, building a portfolio that gave prospective clients something to trust. I then developed ongoing social media content highlighting craftsmanship and transformation, growing an organic following and driving consistent traffic back to the site.
